  • Personal development courses via the University Staff and Organisational Development Unit (SODU), The Centre for Academic Development (CAD) and the Centre for Continuing Education.
  • Discounted short courses through the University Short Courses programmes at the Business School
  • External training courses as per individual needs
  • Attendance at industry conferences
  • A supportive environment for study towards further academic qualifications
